What is the quickest way to memorize twenty vocab words, including definitions, synonyms and antonyms...?

I need to memorize 20 vocab words before tomorrow.

I wrote the name of the word on one side, and the definition, synonyms and antonyms on the other side.

How can I memorize these?

I keep getting confused.
